Do you know of an elderly person (age 55+) who is looking to move into a smaller residential senior living home with personal care services? If so, you can earn $500 for each referral that becomes a new resident, and each new resident will receive a $500 rent credit. Yes! You may refer more than one senior and get paid for each referral that becomes a new resident.
We invite you to refer seniors or their responsible person to learn more about us. Our residents receive personalized attention and are treated like family. We go the extra mile to meet their needs and exceed their expectations. 

Our referral program is simple! Here’s how it works:

1.  COMPLETE THE SIGN UP FORM! Read the information below about our referral program. Complete the Resident Referral Form. Tell the senior (potential resident) or their responsible person that CoHomes will call them to share information about our senior living home. 

2.  WE WILL ARRANGE A TOUR. If the potential resident or their responsible person is interested, we will arrange a tour, start the application and lease process, and set a move-in date.    

3.  YOU WILL EARN $500+****After the potential resident moves-in, you will be paid $500 and the new resident will receive a $500 rent credit. So, start spreading the word.

BONUS: YOU CAN RECEIVE AN EXTRA $500 and the new resident will receive an extra $500 rent credit, if the new resident moves in by 4/1/2025. That's a total of $1,000 for you, and a $1,000 rent credit for the new resident!  

NOTE: **CoHomes is a senior living home that accepts private pay only. Medicare and Medicaid are not accepted. For more information about our resident requirements, reference "Who Are Our Typical Residents?"  This program is not valid for respite/short-term stays fewer than 90 days. Each Resident Referral Form is time-stamped to alleviate duplicate submissions and are subject to determination of appropriateness for residency pursuant to applicable laws and regulations. Participation is limited to friends and family of the potential resident and care workers providing in-home services to private clients. Each referral is valid for 90 days and may be renewed on a first come basis after the 90th day by completing a new referral form. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer. However, the referring person/you may refer more than one senior and get paid for each referral that becomes a new resident. Thirty-days after the new resident moves-in, you will be paid by check, Zelle, or Paypal, and the new resident's rent credit will be applied to their first month's rent. The cash reward may be considered taxable income. If you are unable to accept the cash reward, the cash reward will be applied to the new resident's rent credit. Rent credits cannot be converted to cash. 

The Friends & Family Referral Program may be modified or discontinued without notice (however, this will not effect the cash reward for referral forms that have been received prior to a change being made). If changes are made, the changes will be listed on this webpage.
