Referral Bonus Reward

The referring person (you) will be rewarded $500 for each referral 

that becomes a new long-term resident. Plus, the new long-term resident will receive a $500 Rent Credit (if no other offer has been presented to them).

That's a total of $500 for each referral that becomes 

 a new long-term resident! 

To qualify, the new long-term resident must sign a residency agreement and move-in within 90 days, with a leasing term longer than 90 days.

If the new long-term resident passes away or moves out for any reason during the first 30 days, payments

will be prorated based on their

actual stay, and calculated based

on a 30-day month.

  Here are the steps, subject to the potential resident's interest, qualifications, and approval: 

1. Completed the form. 
2. We will contact you to get more information about the potential resident and to start the referral process. 
3. You will be paid after the resident has completed their first 30 days at CoHomes. Your payment will arrive by the 15th of the  following month. 

(Example: The long-term 

resident's move-in date is March 1; stays a minimum of 30 days; 

your $500 payment or 

your prorated payment will be made by April 15.)

 The Friends & Family Referral Program is not valid for short-term (respite) stays less than 15 days. However, we appreciate your referral and we will pay you a $100 reward if you refer a new resident that moves in and stays 15 or more days, plus 

the resident will receive a $100 rent credit (if no other offer has been presented to them). You will be paid within 15 days after the end of their short-term stay.  

(Example: The short-term resident's move-in date is March 1; stays a minimum of 15 days; 

your $100 payment or 

your prorated payment will be made by March 30.)

If the new short-term resident passes away or moves out for any reason during the first 15 days, 

payments will be prorated 

based on their actual stay.

Each Resident Referral Form will be time-stamped to alleviate duplicate submissions and are subject to determination of appropriateness for residency pursuant to applicable laws and regulations. Each referral is valid for 90 days and may be renewed on the 91st day by completing a new referral form. If this referral expires, you must resubmit the referral, before someone else refer the same person. The first person to submit the referral during the eligibility period will be paid.

 CoHomes is a 6-bed boutique senior living home that accepts private pay only. Medicare and Medicaid are not accepted. New residents must be fully vaccinated before moving in. Plus, they must not be oxygen dependent, require a hoyer lift or two-person assist, be bedridden, wheelchair dependent, and must be able to self-transfer with little to no assistance. Also, no pets are allowed.  

 The Friends & Family Referral Program cannot be combined with any other offer. Referral/Placement Agents and Realtors/Brokers can not participate in this program unless no other signed agreement is in effect. However, their clients may receive the applicable rent credit if a contract adjustment is mutually agreed. 

If you prefer or are unable to accept the reward, the reward will be applied as a rent credit for the new resident. The rent credit is non-transferrable and cannot be converted to cash.

CoHomes Friends & Family Referral Program may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time (however, this will not affect the reward/credit for referral forms that were received prior to a change being made). If changes are made, the changes will be listed on this webpage. Reference the "Last Update" date to determine when recent changes were made changes.
