CoHomes features a completely furnished residential senior living home with private and semi-private bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with a walk-in shower, living room, family room, sunroom/activity room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and an outdoor patio with a sitting area and a large fenced-in backyard. Unlike larger facilities, we have a maximum of six residents, a simple floor plan, and 100% of our residents and team are fully vaccinated.
We are located 2.2 miles from Interstate 485 and Atrium Health Pineville Hospital, and about 1.5 miles from Ballantyne. The Ballantyne area is home to over 35 Fortune 500 companies and has many local and national restaurants, hotels, grocery stores, retail stores, shopping centers, salons, barbershops, wellness and fitness centers, movie theaters, cultural and sporting events, golf courses, parks and greenways, medical offices, nearby hospitals, and has easy access to major transportation, highways/interstates, and Charlotte-Douglas International Airport.
