Personal care services are offer by a licensed home care agency directly to the residents of CoHomes. The agency has many years of experience working with elderly and disable clients to provide personal care services, nursing services, and respite care. Their staff includes Registered Nurses (RNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Certified Medication Technicians, and Home Care Aides that provides the following personal care services:

• Assistance making and receiving telephone calls and video calls

• Transportation management

• Safety support to assist with cognitive decline, early to moderate-stage dementia, Parkinson's, and other illnesses

• Temporary personalized assistance during an acute illness or after surgery as recommended by a physician to meet the resident’s needs and prevent unnecessary relocation 

• Quarterly RN supervisory visits

The services above are offered by our preferred licensed home care agency at a reduced rate. Nevertheless, our residents can choose any licensed home care agency to provide their personal care services.
