CoHomes NC, Inc. (“CoHomes”) respects and values its users’ privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how CoHomes collects, uses, discloses, and handles personal information about users of our internet website (“Site”).

CoHomes may need to alter this Privacy Policy from time to time due to the Internet's rapid evolution. If this is the case, CoHomes will update its Privacy Policy and post a change notice on our website. Children's privacy is important to CoHomes - Client, and we encourage parents and guardians to be involved in their children's online activities and interests. Our Site and services are not intended for children under the age of 13. Children under the age of 13 are not targeted by CoHomes - Client's services or this Site. CoHomes - Client does not intentionally collect personally identifiable information from minors under the age of 13.

Cookies

        preference every time makes it more convenient, more efficient, and user-

        visit and the products you buy. This can also help us infer things about you 

        such your age and areas of interest. That data allows us to send you ads for

        many cases, we use Facebook and Google analytics cookies to monitor the 

        performance of our sites. Our ability to use and share information collected

Third Party Analytics Tools

In addition to the personally identifiable information you voluntarily provide to us, CoHomes makes use of third-party analytics solutions, like Google Analytics, to collect non-personally identifiable information utilizing cookies. For our analytic and advertising activities, we gather and aggregate certain sorts of information from CoHomes Site users, including geolocation, device type, onsite website usage and activity, demographic data, and purchase history.

CoHomes uses Google Analytics and Google Adwords Remarketing to provide relevant ads to users who have previously visited our site. CoHomes may use previous session information to serve display adverts to you on the Site, and Google may establish a cookie and serve ads to you on third-party websites on the Google Display Network based on such session information, which is referred to as remarketing or retargeting. CoHomes also employs Google Display Network Impression Reporting, Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting, and Interest-Based Advertising to target users with ads based on their inferred demographics and interests. CoHomes does not undertake personal information-gathering interest-based advertising campaigns.
