At CoHomes, we treat our residents like family. We provide furnished private and semi-private bedrooms, home-cooked meals, housekeeping, laundry services, and more. We have two locations in South Charlotte near Ballantyne  (at 11308 Harrowfield Road) and near Quail Hollow Country Club (at 4042 Bridgewood Lane).

CoHomes agreement with a licensed home care agency gives our residents an option to receive immediate help with activities of daily living including late-night personal care, companionship, medication reminders, safety supervision, appointment and transportation management, etc. We care and we are here to help.

CoHomes was founded after witnessing a loved one living
